Character Spotlight: Alayne Caroline Ballantine

Alayne Caroline Ballantine is a linguistics major at Navarro College who enjoys acting and working in the theatre. Her hobbies include roller derby, writing and picking flowers. Alayne is no stranger to the stage at Navarro. You might have seen her in Lost Art: a Sonata of three lives, or Barefoot in the Park (she had the note cards). Alayne was amazing last Fall when she accepted a role and had five rehearsals until opening night!

Character Spotlight: Owen "Stix" Wallace

Owen "Stix" Wallace is a General Studies major who enjoys participating in theatre activities at Navarro College. He made his Navarro Stage debut last Fall in Barefoot in the Park as the quirky upstairs neighbor Victor Velasco. Owen's hobbies include XBox, Basketball and fire breathing. He played the role of Lennie in Of Mice and Men in high school.

Spring Production Schedule Announced!!!!

The Navarro College Theatre Department proudly announces our spring productions.

This evening of three one act plays will open Thursday April 7 and run for three nights concluding Saturday April 9

Auditions for these productions will be conducted January 31 at 6pm and February 1 at 4pm.

Character Spotlight: Ronda LaForge

Ronda LaForge is an education major who enjoys video games, music, reading and hanging out with friends. She was active in theatre at Corsicana High School and at Navarro College she played Mrs. Banks in Neil Simon's Barefoot in the Park and several characters in Lost Art: A Sonata of three lives.

Jamoya Marje Thomas is a Music Education major who enjoys participating in the theatre activities at Navarro College. Her hobbies include reading, singing, hanging with friends,acting, talking on the phone, swiming and watching movies.

Her previous performances include The Dreamy Kid and A Bull in the China Shop and at Navarro The Mall and is currently onstage in Lost Art: A Sonata of Three Lives

Dillon "Say" Stovall is a multimedia major who operated the lightboard for Barefoot in the Park and served on the running crew. His hobbies included carpentry and gaming.
